In the process of transportation, there should be shock and moisture-proof measures, and the handling should be handled and put gently to prevent mechanical and human damage. Foam glass insulation board shall be stacked in a solid, flat, dry room according to the specifications. Before the construction, draw the layout drawing of the thermal insulation board according to the specific situation of the project.

(3) The construction shall be carried out according to the thickness of the insulation board selected by the design and the construction node (or the insulation system designed by our company). (5) The foam glass insulation board should be stored in the warehouse. If stored outdoors, it should be waterproof, moisture-proof, dust-proof, anti-extrusion and other measures.

The boiling temperature of petroleum asphalt should not be higher than 240 degrees, and the use temperature should not be lower than 190 degrees.

2), the foam glass insulation board paste should be used by the full bonding method.

3), the bottom surface of the foam glass insulation board in the boiled asphalt after dipping, directly pasted to the roof base.

5, foam glass insulation board paste requirements

1) The paving should be from one direction to the other direction. In the parapet, eaves ditch and the roof, 1-2cm expansion joint should be reserved when the foam glass insulation plate is pasted.

2) The insulation board should be arranged with wrong joints, with the length of 1 / 2 standard plate length, not less than 100mm. The smaller non-standard insulation board shall not be less than 150mm, and should not be set at the edge.

3), non-standard block foam glass insulation board can be cut by hand cutting machine or hacksaw.

4), the binder should be applied on the back and side of the insulation board and the roof base.

6, the foam glass insulation board paste should be timely with the ruler pressure flat, to ensure the slope of the insulation board roof. No percussion disturbance during condensation.

9, SBS modified asphalt waterproof roll construction

2) Before construction, the pasted foam glass insulation layer should be checked. If the slope does not meet the requirements, it should be ground flat, and when the gap between the plates is not full, it should be filled.

3), SBS modified asphalt waterproof coil is heated by the flame heater, and directly spread on the foam glass insulation board. Flame heater heating coil should be uniform, not excessive heating or burning through the coil;

4), the surface of the roll should be immediately rolled after hot melting, the air under the roll should be discharged, and the roller pressure bond firmly, not empty drum.

5) The joint part of the coil shall overflow the hot melt modified asphalt adhesive. The coil should be smooth and straight, accurate, not twisted or wrinkled.

10. Construction of rigid concrete waterproof layer

1), the thickness of the fine stone concrete waterproof layer should not be less than 40mm, and should be equipped with two-way steel mesh. The steel mesh should be disconnected at the grid seam, and the thickness of the protective layer should not be less than 10mm.

2), fine stone concrete waterproof layer and vertical wall and protruding roof structure junction, should be done flexible sealing treatment.
