ZRD Eco Friendly Glass Wool Roof Panel as False Ceiling for Hear Resistant is plate product with a fixed strength after hot-setting the centrifugal glasswool. It has excellent thermal insulation performance at both high and low temperature environment. It is mainly used for the separation wall in the high-grade building,ceiling,air conduit or inner wall of bellows for thermal insulation, or machine shops for noise absorption, or melt ceiling for control of moisture.High density panels with laminated facing can be used for air-conditioning duct system.
GLASS WOOL PIPE sectionis used for the thermal insulation of industrial pipes, central heating and solar energy installations, for the insulation against freezing and condensation of the pipes and for vibration and sound insulation of the pressure water pipes as well.
Glass wool pipe is manufactured from a unique rotary process with high density glass wool, which is used for hot and cold pipes in one meter length.
It is designed to fit pipes of external diameter of 15mm to 400mm with insulation thickness of 20mm to 100mm while other sizes are available upon request. Density ranges from 48kg/m3 to 90kg/m3. Pipes are split longitudinally to provide ease of installation. For application where vapor barrier are needed, pipes faced with aluminium foil are available
